13 years ago I was doing all of my
business paperwork/books manually.  
On an average, I was spending twelve
to sixteen hours per week keeping up

would go to work, come home, make

reduce the time I spent working and
freed me up to hang out with my kids
and do things that I want to do, instead
of sitting in my home office all evening.

Jack was my first (and only instructor
needed) after I purchased Quick
Books. He assisted in transferring my
existing financial data to QuickBooks
and then patiently brought me up to
speed on how to complete the daily
financial transactions needed to
operate my business. He then left me
detailed printed instructions on the
actions I would take on a regular basis.
After my set up/training Jack was quick
to respond to additional requests for
assistance (read that as incorrect
inputs on my part!) and made the
transition to QuickBooks virtually
